Qlesshop is a technology marketplace enabling customers to browse local vendors and place pre-booking requests for in-store pickup. Qlesshop provides ordering infrastructure and is not a direct merchant or product reseller.

Participating local shops are independently operated. Vendor partners are strictly responsible for item listing accuracy, inventory stock, pricing integrity, packing quality, and order fulfillment.

By placing an order, customers commit to collecting their reserved items within the scheduled pickup window. Frequent uncollected orders may lead to vendor account restrictions at shop owner discretion.

Qlesshop operates strictly on a cash-at-pickup model. All monetary transactions occur in person between customer and vendor upon item collection.

Customer Cancellation: You can self-cancel an unfulfilled order directly via the app within 60 seconds of placement. After 60 seconds, self-cancellation expires and you must contact the vendor directly.

Vendor Cancellation: Shop owners reserve the right to cancel orders prior to pickup in cases of unexpected stock out or shop closure.

Qlesshop is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for merchant product defects, merchant fulfillment failures, or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and accurate registration details. Vendors must maintain up-to-date shop hours and availability.
